SURVEY AND FLOOR PLANS SERVICE

This service is offered to both residential and commercial customers who may have an existing property they want surveying and a set of computer generated floor plans produced. The drawings will be prepared on the latest software and issued in your chosen format.

This service may be of interest to Estate Agents, Shops, Offices or private residential clients.

DESIGN CONCEPTS

The Design Concept service may be of interest to clients who may have an idea for a home extension or new build and want some initial ideas / concepts drawn to be able to visualize their requirements. This information can also be used as a pre-curser to a pre-application to the local authority or a full planning application.

PLANNING APPLICATIONS

CA Architectural will firstly give you a free initial consultation to understand your exact requirements before providing a written quotation listing out the services. I will then undertake a full measured survey and photographic survey which will be transferred onto the latest computer software.

Proposed drawings will be produced based on our initial consolation with other potential options drawn up as part of a follow up meeting to talk through the drawings and to agree on the proposed scheme. I will then finalise the drawings and submit to the Local Authority including all paperwork and reports that may be required. I will keep you up to date with progress of the application to a planning decision.

BUILDING CONTROL APPLICATIONS

On approval of a Planning permission or a non planning development, CA Architectural will produce a detailed set of drawings to comply with current building control legislation. I will work alongside a Structural Engineer if required to detail any steelwork or other structure that may be required.

I will then make the building control application on your behalf including all necessary paperwork.

SITE SUPERVISION

Once planning and building control approvals are in place it is now time to approach builders for quotations. CA Architectural has a long professional relationship with good local builders in the York area if you require builder recommendations.

CA Architectural will provide a site supervision service if required to completion.
